Beaver Lake Nature Center
   Beaver Lake Nature Center, one of Onondaga County parks, offers over 400 annual programs, over 200 species of birds and over 800 varieties of plants. Its a great place for cross country skiing or snowshoes. A great outdoor parks and recreation area close to Syracuse NY.

Carpenter's Brook Fish Hatchery

Clark Reservation
   Clark Reservation State Park is a geologic wonder of the last ice age and a botanist's paradise. The park includes rugged cliffs and rocky outcrops, woodland and meadow, a wetland and a glacial plunge basin lake in which the surface waters and bottom waters do not mix. Green Lake State Park

Pratt's Falls
   Scenic trails leading to a 137' waterfall beckon visitors to bring a picnic basket and a sense of adventure.
