Simple Green Bean Recipe

Sour Cream Green Beans

   Ingredients required
1/2 lb grated swiss cheese
two cans or two packages frozen French style green beans, two-thirds done
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons flour
1 cup sour cream
one teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons onion juice
1/4 teaspoon sugar
Topping:
1 cup crushed Corn Flakes
1 tbsp of butter

Preheat oven 400 degrees

Instructions for Sour Cream Green Beans Recipe

   Layer of beans, drained, cheese, beans, cheese. Top with sour cream mixture. Then Corn Flakes and butter. Baked in a 9 by 9 inch pan for 20 minutes. Serves six.


French Green Beans

   Ingredients required
two packages french green beans
one can mushroom soup
bread onion rings

Preheat oven 350 degrees

Instructions for French Green Beans Recipe

   Layer with beans and onion rings. Bake for 30 minutes.
