Try this Recipe.
Ingredients required
6 eggs
3/4 cup sugar
1 pint heavy cream
1 pint milk
1 pint Rye
1 oz Jamaica rum
grated nutmeg
Instructions for Holiday Eggnog Recipe
Beat separately yolks in whites of eggs. Add 1/2 cup of sugar to yolks while beating. Add 1/4 cup of sugar to whites after they have been beaten very stiff. Mix egg whites with yolks. Stir in heavy cream and milk. Add rye and rum. Stir thoroughly. Serve cold with grated nutmeg. Makes 5 pints.
