Easy Jello Salad
Rose Strawberry Jello Salad Recipe
Ingredients required2 - 3 oz packages strawberry jello
1 1/2 cup boiling water
1 1/2 cup rose wine
2 - 10oz packages frozen strawberries
1 - 8 oz can crushed pineapple
1 cup sour cream
2 - 3 oz packages cream cheese

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Stir in rose wine, strawberries and drained pineapple. Refrigerate until sat. When set spread one cup sour cream mixed with the cream cheese over the top of half the strawberry mixture. Pour remaining jello over the top. Refrigerator till serving time. Serves 8 generous servings.
Cranberry Jello Mold Salad
Ingredients required1 large package raspberry Jello
12 oz pineapple juice
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 large can of whole cranberries
3 cups apples
1/2 cup finely chopped celery

Dissolve Jello in the amount of hot water called for on the package and add the can of whole cranberries. In place of cold water add the pineapple juice which should be chilled in advance. Let this mixture partially set, then add apples, walnuts and celery.
Pineapple Jello Mold Salad
Ingredients required1 large package of Jell-O either peach, orange or apricot
1 - 8 oz soften cream cheese
1 large container of Cool Whip
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 number two can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 teaspoon vanilla
dash of salt

Dissolve jello in bowl with one cup of boiling water, vanilla and salt. Chill until not quite set, then beat till foamy. Add soften cream cheese, 1/2 container of Cool Whip and undrained pineapple. Mix thoroughly. Then fold in pecans. Pour in to mold or cake pan. Chill till firm. Top with rest of Cool Whip. Serves 15.
Strawberry Jello Salad
Ingredients required2 small packages strawberry Jell-O
1 cup of boiling water
1 can drain crushed pineapple
1 package frozen strawberries, thawed
1 cup chopped nuts
2 medium bananas, mashed
1/2 cup coconut, more if desired
1/2 pint sour cream or whipping cream, whipped
Instructions for Strawberry Jello Salad Recipe
Mix water and jello. Add pineapple, strawberries, nuts, bananas, and coconut. Put half the mixture in a 13 by 9 inch pan. Let set in refrigerator until firm. Leave the other half of mixture at room temperature. Remove chilled portion from refrigerator. Add sour cream or whipped cream on top. Then spread mixture left out of the refrigerator over the cream. Chill and serve. Serve six to eight.
Orange Jello Salad
Ingredients required2 small packages orange Jello
1 cup water
1 pint orange Sherbet
1 can Mandarin oranges, drained
1/2 pint whipping cream, whipped

Mix water and Jello. Add orange sherbet. When partially set add Mandarin oranges and whipped cream. Chill. Whip cream before adding sherbet as it sets quickly after that. Serves six to eight.
Rose Strawberry Ring
Ingredients required2 - 3 oz package of strawberry gelatin
2 cups boiling water
2 - 10 oz packages frozen sliced strawberries
1 - 13 1/2 oz can (1 2/3 cup) crushed pineapple
2 large ripe bananas, peeled and finely diced
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
dash of salt
Instructions for Rose Strawberry Ring Recipe
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add berries, stirring occasionally until thawed. Stir in pineapple, banana and lemon juice. Pour into 6 1/2 cup mode. Chill until firm about 5 to 6 hours. In a small bowl combine sour cream, sugar, Ginger and salt. Chill well. Serve with sour cream dressing. Serves eight.
Jello Salad
Ingredients required1 package lemon jello
1 package lime Jello
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 small carton cottage cheese
1 small Cool Whip
1 cup crushed pineapples
Instructions for Jello Salad Recipe
Put Jello in shallow pans. When set cut into small squares. Mix cottage cheese with Cool Whip, and crushed pineapple and marshmallows. Add small squares of jello last. Mix lightly. Cut up cherries can also be added for color, or put a celery on top. Serve with crisp lettuce. Serves about eight servings.
