Easy Pear Pie Recipe


Pear Pie

   Ingredients required
2 cups chopped pears
one teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup sugar
pinch of salt one egg, beaten
one third cup sugar 1 cup cream
1/4 cup butter or margarine
2/3 cup plus 1 tbsp flour
1 unbaked pastry shell

Preheat oven 350 degrees

Instructions for Pear Pie Recipe

   Combined pears, half cup sugar, egg, cream, one tablespoon of flour, vanilla and salt. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Combine 2/3 cup flour, one third cup sugar, butter and put the resulting crumb mixture on top of the pie. Return to oven, continue baking for 30 minutes or longer until nicely browned on top.
