Pecan Pie

   Ingredients required
3 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/3 cup melted butter
1 cup light or dark corn syrup
1 cup pecan halves

Preheat oven 375 degrees

   Beat eggs, sugar, salt, butter and corn syrup together with Rotary beater until well blended. And pecans, pour into 9 inch pastry lined pan and bake 40 to 45 minutes. Serves six to eight.


Southern Pecan Pie Recipe

   Ingredients required
3 eggs
1/2 cup butter or Oleo
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup dark corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup pecans (whole or halved) not chopped

Preheat oven 425 degrees

Instructions for Southern Pecan Pie Recipe

   Heat butter, sugar, and syrup, until melted, cool slightly. Beat eggs, stir into mixture. Mix rest last. Put nuts in the bottom of unbaked 8 or 9 inch pie shell. Pour in mixture. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes then at 325 degrees for 40 minutes. Tester must come out clean. Serves six to eight.


Pecan Pie

   Ingredients required
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup oleo or butter
3 eggs
1 cup corn syrup
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons flour
one teaspoon vinegar

Preheat oven 375 degrees

Instructions for Pecan Pie Recipe

   Cream Oleo or butter and brown sugar. Add other ingredients. Mix well and add 1 cup chopped pecans. Pour into partially baked 9 inch pie shell. Big 45 minutes.
