Easy Spaghetti Sauce Recipe

Spaghetti Sauce Recipe

   Ingredients required
Sauce:
one onion, chopped
3 tablespoons fat
1 - number 2 can tomatoes, 2 1/2 cups
2 - 6 oz cans tomato paste
2 cups of water
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 tbsp sugar
one bay leaf
Meatballs:
3/4 lb ground beef
1/4 lb ground pork
1 cup fine dry bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
one sprig of parsley, chopped
1 garlic, minced
1/2 cup milk
2 well beaten eggs
salt and pepper

Instructions for Spaghetti Sauce Recipe

   Brown Onion in hot fat, add tomatoes, tomato paste, water, and seasoning, cook slowly 1 hour. Combine remaining ingredients for the meatballs, mix thoroughly. Form in small balls, brown in hot fat. Add to sauce and cook 15 minutes. Serve of over spaghetti. Sure 7 to 10.
